Modern Slavery Statement
Our commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking across our operations and supply chain.
Our commitment
Kentron Group has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we take to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.
Our business
Kentron Group designs, manufactures and installs industrial storage systems across the United Kingdom and Europe. We work with a global network of certified manufacturing partners, logistics providers and specialist installation contractors.
Our supply chain
We source steel, fabricated components and engineering services from audited suppliers, most of whom operate in the UK, EU and Turkey. Every strategic supplier is required to comply with local labour laws, provide safe working conditions, and respect internationally recognised human rights standards.
Due diligence
We assess supplier risk annually. High-risk categories are subject to on-site audits and documentary checks. Any evidence of forced labour, child labour or exploitative practices terminates the commercial relationship immediately and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Training and awareness
All procurement, operations and project management staff complete mandatory training on identifying and reporting modern slavery indicators. The training is refreshed annually and supplemented by targeted briefings when we enter new markets.
Reporting concerns
Anyone — employee, contractor, supplier or member of the public — can report concerns confidentially to compliance@kentrongroup.com. Reports are investigated promptly and without retaliation.
This statement is approved by the Board of Directors and reviewed annually.
