Prefabricated in Kentron factories, delivered by flatbed and erected on site in weeks — our modular buildings meet UK Building Regulations and EU equivalents with thermal, acoustic and fire-rated performance signed off in writing.

- Site accommodation & welfare — CDM-ready project offices, canteens, changing rooms and drying rooms for main contractors.
- Permanent office buildings — two- and three-storey insulated structures with glazed curtain walling, lifts and BREEAM-ready M&E.
- Manufacturing cleanrooms — ISO Class 5–8 envelopes for pharma, electronics and food production with validated air change rates.
- Cold stores & chillers — 2–8 °C and −18 °C prefabricated cold envelopes with racking-ready slab tolerance.
- Industrial mezzanines & pod classrooms — dropped-in workspaces inside existing warehouses or factory shells.
