Selective Pallet Racking

The most commonly used racking system, providing direct access to every pallet. Ideal for warehouses with a wide variety of SKUs and frequent stock rotation.

Drive-In & Drive-Through Racking

High-density storage systems designed for bulk storage of homogeneous products. Forklifts enter the rack structure to load and unload pallets.

• Maximum space utilisation — up to 85% cube
• Ideal for large-volume, low-SKU storage
• Suitable for LIFO (drive-in) or FIFO (drive-through) operations

Push-Back Racks

A gravity-based system that stores multiple pallets in depth on inclined rails. When one pallet is removed, the next automatically rolls forward.

• High storage density (up to 4–5 pallets deep)
• Reduced aisle requirements
• Efficient LIFO pallet flow

Pallet Flow Racking (FIFO)

A dynamic storage system using roller tracks to ensure First-In, First-Out inventory rotation. The preferred choice for perishable, batch-coded or date-sensitive products.

Cantilever Racking

Designed for long, bulky or irregularly shaped loads such as pipes, timber, steel profiles, plasterboard and furniture.

Back-to-Back Shelving

Two runs of racking placed back-to-back with a common spine, giving double the storage face with a single footprint. Ideal for narrow picking areas and spare-parts operations.

Narrow Aisle Racking

Selective pallet racking engineered for VNA / turret-truck aisles (typically 1.6–1.8 m). Maximises floor-area utilisation in high-rise warehouses.

Medium & Light Duty Racking

Boltless and bolted shelving for manual picking of small to medium items — spare parts, cartons, tools, archives. Easy to assemble and reconfigure.

Mezzanine Racking Systems

Multi-level structures that create additional usable floor area within the existing warehouse height envelope.

Cold Room Racking

Tyre Storage Racks (Custom)

Specially designed racking for the safe storage and handling of tyres in automotive, retail and logistics facilities. Angled cradles prevent deformation and simplify picking.

Stainless Steel Racking

Food-grade AISI 304 / 316 stainless-steel racking for hygienic pharmaceutical, food, beverage and wet-process environments.

Heavy-Duty & Special Storage Solutions

Where standard catalogue products fall short, Kentron engineers bespoke heavy-duty systems — long-span coil racks, die storage, reel and roll racks, battery-storage racking and seismic-rated structures. Our in-house design office works in AutoCAD, Tekla and SolidWorks, and every custom system is supplied with stamped FEM 10.2.02 / EN 15512 calculations.

Industrial Shelving Systems

Suitable for manual storage of small and medium-sized items in warehouses and workshops. Easy assembly and reconfiguration, high durability, and a wide range of accessories — dividers, bin fronts, label holders, lockable doors.
