Albion Retail — Flagship Store Fit-out

Albion Retail is a UK premium brand refitting its Oxford Street flagship without missing a trading day. Landlord conditions allowed a 6 am–10 pm trading window, so every tool, every trade and every delivery had to land inside a 9-night install programme.

Kentron pre-built every joinery element off-site, pre-tested the kiosk firmware, and delivered to Oxford Street on a just-in-time schedule with dust-suppressed tooling and night-shift crews. Back-of-house micro-fulfilment racking went in parallel on nights 4–7.

Zero trading hours lost, store opened at 09:00 on the morning after the 9th install night, and Albion has since rolled the programme out to three more flagship locations.
