Meridian Pharma — Modular GMP Office

Meridian Pharma needed a new GMP-compliant production support hub inside a live plant without disrupting their 24/5 manufacturing line. A brick-and-mortar build would have taken 14+ months with a full shutdown. MHRA validation of every surface, airlock and utility was non-negotiable.

Kentron delivered a bolted modular envelope with pre-validated finishes, HVAC, BMS and airlock sequencing. Installation happened inside a live factory on night shifts and weekends. A full commissioning pack — including IQ/OQ test scripts — was issued with the hand-over.

Programme delivered in 16 weeks with zero production hours lost. MHRA inspection cleared the facility inside 90 days of hand-over. Meridian has since commissioned a sister site under the same framework.
