Warehouse Racking

From small to large, from light to heavy loads — Kentron Group is a warehouse racking systems manufacturer providing storage solutions for every scale and every industry. Whether it is home storage, a workshop, a manufacturing plant, a distribution centre or a retail back-of-house, our team designs and manufactures the racking to fit your operation, not the other way round. Our warehouse racking solutions are engineered to maximise storage capacity, improve operational efficiency and ensure safe handling of goods in logistics centres, production facilities and distribution warehouses. Every system is flexible, scalable and durable — tailored to your layout, your pallet and your MHE (materials-handling equipment). Request a quote or simply send us your drawings and we will issue a fully costed proposal within 48 hours. Racking systems we manufacture Selective Pallet Racking The most commonly used racking system, providing direct access to every pallet. Ideal for warehouses with a wide variety of SKUs and frequent stock rotation. Easy access to 100% of pallets High adaptability to different pallet sizes Cost-effective and flexible layout Drive-In & Drive-Through Racking High-density storage systems designed for bulk storage of homogeneous products. Forklifts enter the rack structure to load and unload pallets. Maximum space utilisation — up to 85% cube Ideal for large-volume, low-SKU storage Suitable for LIFO (drive-in) or FIFO (drive-through) operations Push-Back Racks A gravity-based system that stores multiple pallets in depth on inclined rails. When one pallet is removed, the next automatically rolls forward. High storage density (up to 4–5 pallets deep) Reduced aisle requirements Efficient LIFO pallet flow Pallet Flow Racking (FIFO) A dynamic storage system using roller tracks to ensure First-In, First-Out inventory rotation. The preferred choice for perishable, batch-coded or date-sensitive products. Automatic FIFO stock rotation Increased picking speed Improved inventory control and reduced product loss Cantilever Racking Designed for long, bulky or irregularly shaped loads such as pipes, timber, steel profiles, plasterboard and furniture. Open-front access — no column obstructions Adjustable arm levels Heavy-duty load capacity, indoor and outdoor (galvanised) Back-to-Back Shelving Two runs of racking placed back-to-back with a common spine, giving double the storage face with a single footprint. Ideal for narrow picking areas and spare-parts operations. Narrow Aisle Racking Selective pallet racking engineered for VNA / turret-truck aisles (typically 1.6–1.8 m). Maximises floor-area utilisation in high-rise warehouses. Medium & Light Duty Racking Boltless and bolted shelving for manual picking of small to medium items — spare parts, cartons, tools, archives. Easy to assemble and reconfigure. Mezzanine Racking Systems Multi-level structures that create additional usable floor area within the existing warehouse height envelope. Optimised vertical space utilisation Can integrate offices, QC rooms or picking modules Modular and expandable design with integrated staircases, pallet gates and balustrades Cold Room Racking Corrosion-resistant racking engineered for sub-zero and chilled environments. Hot-dip galvanised or stainless-steel finishes, sealed baseplates and cold-flow-safe beam connectors. Tyre Storage Racks (Custom) Specially designed racking for the safe storage and handling of tyres in automotive, retail and logistics facilities. Angled cradles prevent deformation and simplify picking. Stainless Steel Racking Food-grade AISI 304 / 316 stainless-steel racking for hygienic pharmaceutical, food, beverage and wet-process environments. Heavy-Duty & Special Storage Solutions Where standard catalogue products fall short, Kentron engineers bespoke heavy-duty systems — long-span coil racks, die storage, reel and roll racks, battery-storage racking and seismic-rated structures. Our in-house design office works in AutoCAD, Tekla and SolidWorks, and every custom system is supplied with stamped FEM 10.2.02 / EN 15512 calculations. Industrial Shelving Systems Suitable for manual storage of small and medium-sized items in warehouses and workshops. Easy assembly and reconfiguration, high durability, and a wide range of accessories — dividers, bin fronts, label holders, lockable doors. Custom Design & Engineering All warehouse racking solutions can be engineered according to warehouse layout, load requirements, seismic regulations and operational processes. Our team provides design, manufacturing, installation and after-sales support as a single turnkey service — one accountable team from drawing to sign-off. Why Kentron racking Maximised storage efficiency Enhanced workplace safety Improved inventory management Long service life and low maintenance SEMA-approved design, SSIP-certified installation, 12-month workmanship warranty Where our racking systems are deployed Logistics & distribution centres Manufacturing facilities Industrial storage areas Automotive & spare-parts warehouses Cold storage & food warehouses E-commerce fulfilment centres Pharmaceutical and GMP stores Retail back-of-house & 3PL operations See also our metal stillages and containers and our range of modular buildings and cabins.
