Warehouse Racking
Pallet Flow Racking (FIFO)
Dynamic roller-track racking for automatic FIFO rotation — ideal for dated or perishable stock.
Pallet flow racking is a dynamic storage system using inclined roller tracks to ensure strict First-In, First-Out inventory management. Pallets are loaded at the high end of the lane and gravity carries them down to the pick face at a controlled speed governed by engineered brakes.
It is the preferred choice for perishable, batch-coded or date-sensitive products — typically in beverage, dairy, chilled food and pharmaceutical operations — where stock rotation discipline directly protects product quality and reduces write-offs.
Why specify Pallet Flow Racking (FIFO).
- 01 Automatic FIFO rotation
- 02 Increased picking speed and accuracy
- 03 Reduced product expiry and write-off
- 04 High-density lane storage
- 05 Engineered speed controllers per lane
